Bill is a purpose-driven and versatile leader with 30+ years of senior leadership experience in the consumer goods industry. His expertise spans a wide array of categories—including food, dairy, beauty, personal care, and consumer healthcare—and extends across diverse business contexts such as turnaround, transformation, and scaling. Bill has a proven track record of success in building high-performing teams, solving complex growth challenges, and delivering sustained, long-term value.

As CEO and General Manager of Bel’s most important strategic market—the USA—Bill led the transformation of a flat, declining business into a growth engine by clarifying portfolio strategy, strengthening commercial execution, and embedding key sustainability initiatives. His leadership delivered meaningful growth across Bel’s core U.S. brands while aligning business performance with long-term strategic priorities.

Previously, Bill served as U.S. CEO for MOM Group (GoGo squeeZ brand), partnering closely with the founder to scale commercial and operational capabilities beyond the start-up phase while accelerating profitable growth. His executive leadership experience spans Beiersdorf North America, Novartis Consumer Healthcare, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Unilever.

Bill has also led organizations during complex transaction processes. He is skilled at assessing transaction impacts, supporting due diligence from commercial and integration perspectives, and guiding business and team integration to help realize deal value.

Throughout his career, Bill has served on numerous industry and non-profit boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, NYU Stern’s Center for Sustainable Business, and leading trade associations across the consumer goods sector.

Bill holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern. He is a certified executive coach.
