Pete is an experienced public relations professional with a deep background in media relations, multicultural communications, and journalism.

 

For the past 5 years, Pete has worked at Ted Miller Group (TMG), managing client relations, media relations, and strategy for innovative clients across B2B technology, consumer technology, sports, gaming, blockchain, smart home, public safety, virtual and augmented reality, and real estate. His work for clients, including Niantic, Offerpad, Axon, RapidSOS, Twelve South, Aqara, Resideo, and the Connectivity Standards Alliance, has generated billions of impressions and put many of these companies and their stories on the map.

 

Before TMG, Pete worked in media relations roles at LA-based Kickstand Communications and BusinessWire, and as a media coordinator at Icon Media Direct.

 

With over 9 years of experience in sports writing, Pete is an active sports writer and podcaster, having published more than 1,000 lifestyle blogs, sports news articles, and sports columns across various platforms and outlets, including Fan Sided, Elite Daily, The Inquisitor News, Sports Out West, The Sports Daily, ClutchPoints, and more. He co-hosts and produces a weekly NFL podcast, Touchdowns & Tangents, which is available on all major podcast apps and distributors. He is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. 

 

Pete holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from California State University, Northridge, and a Certificate in Sports Industry Essentials from Columbia University. Pete lives in Los Angeles and speaks English and Spanish.
