Tom Moriarty has spent many years in corporate communications, during which time he has advised companies on their corporate and financial communications in relation to various capital markets activities including IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, fund raising, analyst relations, institutional investor relations and financial calendar management. Companies ranged from dynamic fast growth start-ups through to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 multinationals such as HP, Texas Instruments, Occidental, Asarco and Merck. Tom advised them on capital markets strategy, corporate messaging, building relationships with key stakeholder and investor audiences, generating institutional investor interest in key financial centres across Europe and broadening awareness of corporate strategy through hi-level coverage in the national and business press.
Tom has years of experience of advising C-suite management on their corporate communications strategy to steer corporate reputation in line with corporate ambition. He is a registered representative of the London Stock Exchange and Freeman of the City of London. He is an honours graduate of the London School of Economics and conservationist having worked at the World Conservation Monitoring Centre. He is also a keen sportsman and in his spare time he will be found hiking in the mountains, on the ski slopes or on the golf course.
